In what would be regarded as success for one, success for all. Pooja FC, member, Multimedia Journalists group on Friday emerged champions of the 2021 Bet9ja Lagos SWAN Cup following a 2-1 shootout win over Community Watch after full time ended goalless.
In a statement this Saturday, the chairman of multimedia journalists, Mr Enitan Obadina on behalf of the group sent his wishes to the team saying that the success recorded by Pooja FC as led by Suleiman Adebayo is a strong indication that the role of multimedia brands in present day broadcasting can’t be overemphasized.
“Despite our team being ousted in the quarterfinal, we are proud of what Pooja FC achieved at the tournament whilst helping to keep the flag of the group flying”, the statement read.
“We are one big family and little wonder why some of our members were also part of Pooja FC team. This shows the unity in our group”.
“As I do call him, the man with as many followers as Iceland, Pooja has demonstrated tremendous attribute to being a successful digital solution expert and we are happy to associate with him”, the chairman continued.
